How to Create Customer Accounts

Before your customers can start earning and redeeming rewards, they will need to download the Prollenium Elite app and create an account.

GET THE APP

  • Search for Prollenium Elite in Apple iTunes or Google Play. Download and install the app.

  • Open the app and select REGISTER.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

  • Enter all fields and select REGISTER
  • Check the email account you used to register, open the email from prollenium@epoxyapp.com and select CLICK TO CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL.
