HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMOTION?

Please note there are 2 scans required to Redeem. The 1st scan “assigns” your clinic to the patients account and the 2nd redeems the promotion.

Customer REGISTERS Their Account

The Customer will need to download the Prollenium® Elite app to their smartphone, complete their profile and confirm their account (via Email link or Phone Number). For more instructions on how to create a customer account click here.

This image will prompt you to “ALLOW” access to the camera. Please allow it as the camera is used to scan the Employee Badge.

SCAN EMPLOYEE BADGE

The Employee Badge will be emailed to you by your Rep digitally and also shipped to your clinic in the Welcome Kit. This will Activate the promotion and assign the patient to your clinic.

CLICK REDEEM COUPON

Scan the Employee Badge a 2nd time, then scan the Inventory Code. Once scanned you will see “Coupon Redeemed Successfully”.
Note – Inventory Codes are emailed to you.

Additional Syringes

Additional Promos for Syringe #2 and beyond please select Menu and Home. Then select Reward Cards then Stamp Card and scan Employee Badge.
